If you don't have a 3D printer, here is how you can build housing for your sensor lamp.

Things you'll need:

  • LEXAN THERMOCLEAR sheet
  • Acrylic plastic sheet
  • Heat gun
  • Glue gun
  • Fixed-blade utility knife
  • Ruler
  • Soft colored pencil

1. Cutting thermoclear sheet

Each side will be 12 cells. Each corner will fall on the 12th cell, so count 12 square cells and mark it in the center. Do this 4 times. Mark it with a colored pencil. At the end of the last mark, using a sharp utility knife, cut the piece crosswise (following the lines of the plastic). Cut off the piece as close to the cell wall as possible, but cut outside of the cell. Use sharp scissors or utility knife to remove any rough edges on both sides.
