Can i connect Arduino with your CtyOS Air application.
I would like to add more sensors and LCD display.

Yes, you can use Arduino in order to send data to our server, but in that case you'll need WiFi Shield since Arduino doesn't come with the WiFi pre-built in it. If you want to avoid expensive WiFi shield and use ESP8266 Wi-Fi chip, have in mind that you'll need to modify our code heavily in order to make Arduino and ESP communicate properly.
We would want to recommend you NodeMCU v1.0, which is nothing more than a breakout board for a ESP8266 chip. This chip can do same things as Arduino and it comes with pre-built WiFi. The main advantage of it is that it costs around 3.5 USD while Arduino with a WiFi shield will cost you around 40 USD. Have in mind that you can write the code for it the same way you write the code for your Arduino and all libraries which are made for Arduino will work on NodeMCU also.
The only case when Arduino comes ahead of NodeMCU is when you have to use sensors which give analog signal at their output. This is because NodeMCU has only one analog input pin, but have in mind that most of the sensors nowdays have digital outputs. If you have more than one sensor for which you will need analog pin, please contact me and I'll help you with AD (analog to digital) converters.
When it comes to the LCD display, if you're using 1602 one, I would recommend you a Digital to I2C breakout board (https://goo.gl/FmGLU3). You just need to solder it to the display and use I2C communication in order to send data to it. Any two digital pins on NodeMCU can be used as a I2C bus by using Wire Arduino library.
Also, take in consideration that, if you decide to use NodeMCU, you will not have to modify our code and writing a driver for any new sensor you would like to add will be a 5 minute job.
